Challenges (three, all non-blocking):

1. Unverified assumption (declared, owned): the e2e's arming rides an injected plane (a callTool fake answering subscribe / rotate-key) — the real per-viewer-mint → arming → digest chain against the composed server stays unproven until PMV item 1 and #17252's brokered surface. Honestly declared in the body; named here so the merge gate reads it as residual risk, not covered ground.
2. Weakness (accepted cost): ensureViewerWakeStream re-stamps viewerWake provider state on every liveness tick even when nothing changed — deliberate (the tick doubles as the relative-age clock for "12s ago"), but the coupling means tuning livenessPollInterval upward for cost coarsens the telltale's ages with it. Fine at current cadence; worth a thought if the interval ever moves.
3. Gate blind spot (friction→gold): check-ticket-archaeology's DEFAULT_SCAN_PATHS are ai / src / test/playwright — the new SCSS header's (#17130 leg 2) ref (and indeed any apps/** durable comment) rides on author discipline alone.
