What is the Neural Link?

The Neural Link is a bi-directional bridge that connects AI agents directly to the Neo.mjs runtime. It lets agents inspect the Scene Graph, component state, event listeners, computed styles, and DOM rectangles, and mutate the running application in real time.

one thought: in case a child process breaks (not returning 0), should the main process stop right away or should all other CPs still run? not sure on this one :)

That's what I was thinking. Continuing the build process is useless, once a build step is failing. It just wastes time/energy. Check out the #4072.
