Objective

Establish rigorous test coverage strictly for the multi-tenant, NEO_CHROMA_UNIFIED=false configuration containing network boundaries and identity isolation.

Tasks

Isolate test cases in Playwright that specifically focus on network isolation and Federated querying.
Verify that DreamService correctly instantiates a secondary REST client to query the Knowledge Base mock across the conceptual network.
Validate that simulated HTTP proxy headers correctly translate into ChromaDB userId metadata restrictions using mocked OIDC headers.
