📖 Context
The current AGENTS.md uses the role-based abstraction "Human Commander" to ensure the agent swarm operates successfully in downstream forks (npx neo-app). However, because we are operating inside the canonical neomjs/neo repository, Gemini and Claude are official maintainers, and the ultimate pipeline authority is specifically @tobiu.
🎯 Objective
Codify the "Forkability Model" and explicitly define Pipeline Authority within the swarm's per-turn mandates (AGENTS.md). This ensures agents understand their relationship to @tobiu in the canonical repo without losing the structural abstraction needed for external forks.
🏗️ Architectural Rationale
- MX & Identity Alignment: By officially recognizing
@tobiu as the canonical authority and the agents as maintainers, we remove overly-generic deference, aligning with the direct, objective communication style required.
- Forkability Constraint: Retaining the "Human Commander" concept as a theoretical role ensures that if someone forks the repo, their agents don't expect
@tobiu to be around.
