Sub F2 of Epic #11720 (Cloud Agent OS Deployment Readiness). MVP-critical — it is the reproducibility proof: a future agent/operator must follow it without tacit maintainer knowledge.
The Problem
Guides + DeploymentCookbook.md exist, but there is no narrow executable day-0 tutorial that walks an external workspace through the deployment + adoption ladder. A guide explains the system; a tutorial is prescriptive, linear, executable — that artifact is missing.
The Fix
Author a new markdown tutorial artifact (under learn/agentos/cloud-deployment/ or a sibling tutorial path per the D0 docs taxonomy): a linear, executable day-0 walkthrough of the adoption ladder — runnable remote-MCP SSE healthcheck demo → MC connection → KB connection over the Neo-shared corpus → tenant ingestion → one client-side parser → bulk / volume-gate path → backup/redeploy check. Exact commands, config snippets, expected outputs, and common failure signatures. Scoped to "something that works" for the PoC — NOT a comprehensive guide rewrite.
