AGENTS.md §critical_gates: no client names in public-facing artifacts

Add a 1-line critical gate: never mention a client by name in any public-facing artifact — public-repo issues / PRs / discussions / docs / comments. Client specifics live only in private repos.
A swarm-wide confidentiality invariant: agents file public neo tickets/PRs from app dogfooding, and a client name must never leak into the open-source repo. Prompted by a recent near-miss (since corrected).
Scope: one line under §critical_gates (#9). AGENTS.md is ~22.5 KB — ~2 KB headroom under the 24 KB cap, so no net-reduction needed. Permanent invariant, no sunset.
