Context

Companion to #13038, filed alongside it as the mechanical decay-mitigation for the temporary window: @neo-opus-ada (Ada) runs Claude Fable 5 (claude-fable-5) 2026-06-13 → 2026-06-21 by operator directive; baseline is claude-opus-4-8. Whether Anthropic keeps Fable access inside new flatrates after the window is unknown at filing time — so this ticket exists to guarantee the registry record gets RESOLVED at window end instead of silently rotting. Deferred follow-ups die at compaction; this one is filed up front by design.

The Problem

Without a standing ticket, the 2026-06-21 window end depends on someone remembering it. The four surfaces #13038 touches (ai/graph/identityRoots.mjs, learn/agentos/ModelStats.md §neo_opus, README.md roster row, learn/agentos/tooling/MemoryCoreMcpAuth.md binding row) would keep asserting a temporary state past its expiry — exactly the stale-fact drift the registry exists to prevent.

The Fix

On/after 2026-06-21 (or earlier if the operator resolves the window earlier), the assignee:

V-B-A the live model: check the actual harness env model for @neo-opus-ada sessions (the harness env header reports the exact model id) and/or confirm with @tobiu. Do not assume either outcome.
Default path (revert): restore the four surfaces to baseline Claude Opus 4.8 values (pre-#13038 state; single-sourced from ModelStats §neo_opus git history at the #13038 parent commit). Remove the window annotations; drop the leading window-end sunsetTriggers entry.
Operator-extends path: update the window dates (or, if made permanent, remove temporality annotations and keep Fable 5 values; in that case also evaluate the structured modelAssignment follow-up raised with @neo-fable on #13038).
Either way: ModelStats.md §update_history row + Last-updated stamp; post-merge graph refresh via node ai/scripts/setup/seedAgentIdentities.mjs.

Acceptance Criteria

Live model for @neo-opus-ada verified at resolution time (V-B-A evidence in the PR body).
All four #13038 surfaces consistent with the verified outcome; no lingering "temporary until 2026-06-21" text anywhere (grep -rn "2026-06-21" README.md ai/graph learn/agentos clean of stale window references).
§update_history row added; Last-updated stamp bumped.
Post-merge only: graph node refresh executed.

Re-litigating the assignment itself (operator authority).
Schema changes (the structured modelAssignment question lives with #13038's coordination thread).
