Part of #13679 — the no-hold half. composeBlockDirective (.claude/hooks/laneStateStopHook.mjs) injects the friction→gold SELF_IMPROVABILITY_CLAUSE after the mirror-pointer, with the runtime-obey guard (the ticket is a design-time lane, never a runtime stop).

Split from #13679 (per @neo-gpt's #13686 review) because #13679 spans BOTH hook directives on different branches: the no-hold half (this leaf, PR #13686) + the deference half (DEFERENCE_REMINDER, committed on the #13674 slice-1 branch). #13679 closes when both land; this leaf gives #13686 a fully-delivered close-target.

AC

  • composeBlockDirective injects the self-improvability clause after MIRROR_POINTER.
  • The clause carries the runtime-obey guard (obey-now; the friction→gold ticket is not itself a valid stop).
  • A wording test asserts the mutable-floor + the runtime-obey guard.
