Problem: AgentOSOnYourCodebase.md is ~2/10 — vague capability prose, no concrete proof, missing the local-model/self-heal value, and it leaves the Neural-Link bridge ambiguous (reads as if required).

Acceptance Criteria

Real problem-scope → how Neo resolves it → why you should care → what's in it for you; concrete proof (mined from closed PRs/tickets); local-model + self-heal value.
Honesty boundary: learning arbitrary codebases (Agent OS) does NOT require Neural Link; Neural Link is the masterpiece bridge for Neo UIs (conversational UIs, no browser reload) — super-cool, not a hard requirement. State it clearly.
Goose-bumps bar; overcome "solves too much" skepticism with proof, not claims; proven-today vs trajectory kept honest.
