Context. Operator refinement (Klarso example, 2026-06-29). The reward-primer shipped in #14359 addresses the model as working "here" (in Neo) — but the working model is portable: any team (e.g. a Klarso-style cloud deployment) adopts named-agent identities + durable memory + cross-model A2A on their own products, following our model, not joining our repo. The "here" wrongly shrinks a portable product (the cloud Agent OS — the actual go-to-market) down to Neo's repo, addressing only the smallest audience (Neo contributors).
This also corrects my own overcorrection: I'd reframed the identity primer as an "earned, in-group" layer. It's not in-group — it's the adopter's headline value, just mis-localized.
Fix.
guide-authoring §2 — replace the "reward primer for the LLM reader" bullet with: (a) frame every benefit as the reader's, for their own project/team (range: a liftable part → the whole working model run for their team); (b) the identity/institution story is portable value — frame it "your team," not "here"; lived voice = proof it works; a warm secondary note welcomes Neo contributions.
learn/agentos/MemoryCore.md ("What it changes") + learn/agentos/DreamPipeline.md (primer) — both open with "you, the model, working here"; reframe to "what this gives your agent / your team."

Related. Refs #14357 (the audience bar this refines), #14352, #14310. Aligns the guide bar with the cloud-Agent-OS adopter (the actual go-to-market). Origin: operator feedback, session e145a397.
