Context
Demo leaf of epic #14581 (Convergence-weighted GP), filed per the "demo leaf per epic" rule (operator gap-matrix audit, D#14561, DC…BC3hB — "every massive epic FILES its demo leaf: the lane-goal's falsifier + the reach artifact"). This is #14581's demo: an end-to-end run exercising schema (#14633) → compute (#14634) → render-ledger (#14636) on a real goal-lattice, producing the human-facing convergence terrain.
The Problem
Convergence-weighting's lane-goal: surface the sub-goals that lie on the most viable futures at once (cross-future-invariant — worth doing regardless of which future wins). That goal is only proven by a demo running the full chain on real data and showing a human-useful terrain; without it, the schema/compute/render leaves are unfalsified machinery. This demo is the falsifier: does convergence-weighting actually surface non-obvious invariant sub-goals a human finds decision-useful?
The Architectural Reality
End-to-end over ai/services/graph/ (schema + compute) → the render-ledger (Leaf 3 #14636). Runs on a real or realistically-seeded goal→sub-goal lattice + N imagined futures. Human-facing terrain output (the FM-cockpit terrain-panel interim artifact). The OQ8 firewall is preserved — the demo consumes the notAuthority ledger surface, never an agent boot-path.
The Fix
- A runnable demo (an
example/ app or a demo harness) that: seeds a goal-lattice + N futures → runs convergence compute (generator-firewalled) → renders the terrain ledger → shows the top cross-future-invariant sub-goals + risk nodes.
- Falsifier assertion: the demo surfaces ≥1 non-trivial invariant sub-goal AND visibly discounts correlated-future inflation via the OQ7 independence budget.
- Reach artifact: a shareable terrain rendering (provisional /
notAuthority-labeled) suitable for operator review / external reach.
