Context

The operator's completeness audit (2026-07-04) confirmed tonight's epic-by-epic finding: Bird's-eye has SUBSTRATE ticketed (#12679's temporal pyramid + the #14433-#14435 window/velocity subs) but the PRODUCT — the operator's original "what happened this week" digest ask, the #11375 design space's consumer surface — has no design SSOT and no render leaves. Substrate without a drawn product is the exact gap class the sprint kills.

The Problem

The digest is the highest-leverage CONSUMER of the temporal pyramid: an operator-legible, period-scoped narrative surface (this week: merged, graduated, shipped, stalled, direction-shift) rendered from SUMMARY_* tiers + the work graph — the thing a returning human reads in 60 seconds instead of archaeology. Undesigned, every substrate leaf builds blind.

The Architectural Reality

Consumes: ADR-0028 window tiers (#14434 velocity fields), the #14565 direction annotations (advisory, notAuthority), #14447 stall classes, the freshness/authority ledger discipline (ADR-0032 §2.2 applies to any rendered claim). Render home candidates: the agentos module (one-app ruling) or the handoff surface first. Design bar: the cockpit-plan SSOT precedent; light+dark from birth (sibling theme ticket).

The Fix

One design artifact (HTML mock, committed under apps/agentos/design/): the digest's IA (period selector, the five narrative blocks, drill-down affordances), rendered-claim provenance treatment (stale-as-stale visible), and the 60-second-scan bar — reviewed before any render leaf files.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Committed artifact at the house bar; light+dark comps included.
  • Every rendered-claim class shows its ledger treatment (sourceAuthority/observedAt visible or summoned).
  • Consumes-map table: which pyramid/direction/stall fields feed each block (substrate-anchored, no invented fields).
  • Peer + operator review recorded.

Out of Scope

Render implementation (leaves file after this passes) · substrate changes (#12679's subs proceed independently).
