Sub of #14598 (FM cockpit AgentCard). The config-driven class card component: extends Neo.container.Base, composes the (now class-based) StateDot + FamilyRail via a per-card state.Provider + bind-ed children; ADR-0032 §2.3.2 name-as-display-state + §2.3.7 engine-tag-as-metadata (config change re-renders in place, never re-keys); family-rail rebind in place (§2.3.3). Live-wire binding (#14571/#14595) + the NL-verified card-wall mount are SEPARATE subs of #14598. AC: class Container, composes class primitives, reactive configs, ADR-0032 rebind fixtures, unit spec green. Refs #14598 #14560.
