Context
Surfaced by the #12456 epic-resolution pass (2026-07-16): the source Discussion's OQ1 criterion required AiConfigModel.md to be retired, reduced to a one-line pointer, OR kept as an explicitly NON-AUTHORITATIVE deep-dive under ADR 0019's sole authority. The doc was correctly reduced (48 lines, intent-notes shape, already ConfigProvider-era) — but the surviving file carries zero mentions of ADR 0019, "authority", or a non-authoritative marker (grep-verified). A reader landing there today has no signal that the ADR is the read-gate authority — the exact split-brain sliver OQ1 existed to close.
The Fix
One edit to learn/agentos/AiConfigModel.md: a header line immediately under the H1, e.g.
Non-authoritative intent notes. The authority for every AiConfig pattern, antipattern, and sanctioned shape is learn/agentos/decisions/0019-aiconfig-reactive-provider-ssot.md (the §critical_gates read-gate) — if this page and the ADR ever disagree, the ADR wins.
Nothing else changes; the intent prose is good and current.
