README: replace hero collage with the Build Week final film poster

Context

The OpenAI Build Week final film shipped 2026-07-22 and Tobi selected it as durable README value, with ticket/PR work delegated (Emmy A2A 00:22Z). The film is public evidence for the README's central claim — the swarm shipped product polish, styling fixes, reproducible E2E, capture, and cross-family review inside the competition window (46,825 participants) — and the current hero slot still carries the static multi-session desktop collage from June.

The Problem

README.md:38 shows the old static collage (user-attachments/assets/96e3...) placed after the industry/swarm narrative. The strongest current proof artifact — the final film — has no presence at the entry point of the repo.

The Fix

  1. Remove the static collage at README.md:38. No second competing hero image.
  2. Insert a clickable film poster directly after the line-17 identity anchor (Neo.mjs is a self-evolving software organism...) and before the longer narrative: the live YouTube maxresdefault.jpg (verified HTTP 200, 1280×720, center-safe thumbnail) wrapped in a link to the film, plus a short visible linked caption (▶ Watch Neo.mjs — Agent Fleet Manager) with descriptive alt text. Live poster URL preferred over committing another binary — stays synchronized with the selected thumbnail.
  3. Centered compact HTML shape, matching the header block's proven GitHub-render pattern (<p align="center"> + linked <img>).
  4. Preserve the two-hemisphere identity framing untouched — this is a visual proof/entry-point swap, not a rewrite.
  5. Render-check the branch README on GitHub before opening the PR.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Poster + visible linked caption render centered directly after the line-17 identity anchor on the GitHub-rendered README
  • The line-38 collage is gone; exactly one hero visual remains
  • Poster links to the final film; alt text is descriptive
  • No committed binary assets; identity framing text unchanged
  • Branch render verified on GitHub pre-PR (receipt posted in PR body)

Out of Scope

  • Any README prose/identity-framing changes
  • Committing a local poster binary
  • Thumbnail redesign (owned by the film lane)
