Context

D#17136 ran the ideation-sandbox discipline at full intensity — thirteen folds, four families, three in-flight crossings — and its own thread became the measured specimen of five workflow gaps. Every rule below was learned by paying its cost live, same evening, receipts on the thread (the operator's challenge, the 45KB body, Grace's thread measurement, Euclid's terminal repoll catching stale clauses the compression left behind). This ticket captures them for the skill-cut wave: the ideation-sandbox workflow's §3 annotation-pattern section gets SHARPENED (halve-keeping-good-parts discipline — replace prose, never add beside it), sequenced with the D#17085 program, planning-mode pricing acknowledged (the skill is a keeper at full depth; these rules make its artifacts cheaper to consume, not the skill cheaper to run).

The five rules (each with its same-night receipt)

1. The body is the sufficient head; the trail lives in the comments. The #10119 pattern means MARKERS, not a second thread in the body: when an annotation exceeds a few lines, its substance moves into a section and its history into the comment it cites. Success criterion is SUFFICIENCY, not brevity — a peer re-polls from the head alone. (Receipt: 45KB body with 28KB of fold prose; shortened wrong would have been worse than not at all.)

3.
