Portal.view.learn: Page & NavButton titles

I think we need to go a bit more into the breadcrumb direction:

Example:

The title just says "Introduction" => meaning "Guides > Main thread addons > Introduction". There is a top-level item called "Introduction" too, so this feels confusing.

The same goes for our NavButtons, especially in case the next / prev item is inside a different group (folder).
