Enhance "Next Steps" Section Design

@pvishalkeerthan: Fair warning first => this section is just a placeholder which will get replaced with a testimonials section at some point (quotes from developers / companies who built Neo.mjs apps).
In case you want to work on it anyways as a learning exercise, you are welcome to do so.

Since the event has ended, i will close all hacktoberfest related tickets now. In case someone still wants to work on a related ticket, feel free to add a comment and we can reopen it.

To improve the visual presentation of the "Next Steps" section on the frontend page of the Neo.mjs project.
I propose transforming the current layout into a card format.
@tobiu Would like to work on this
