What is the Neural Link?

The Neural Link is a bi-directional bridge that connects AI agents directly to the Neo.mjs runtime. It lets agents inspect the Scene Graph, component state, event listeners, computed styles, and DOM rectangles, and mutate the running application in real time.

Describe the bug When filtering / unfiltering a classes private and static methods, the Section 'quick navigation' buttons become non responsive

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Navigate to Neo.form.field.trigger.Date in neo docs
Uncheck 'Private' Filter
Check 'Private' Filter
Click [Methods] button

Expected behavior Docs should scroll down to methods section

Actual behaviour Nothing happens
