Once the new "Codebase Overview" guide is created and the MCP server is enhanced with class query tools, the AGENTS.md file must be updated to reflect the new, more efficient agent initialization protocol.

Tasks:

Remove the step that instructs the agent to parse or probe docs/output/class-hierarchy.yaml.
Add a new first step instructing the agent to read the new learn/guides/fundamentals/CodebaseOverview.md to gain a conceptual understanding of the framework.
Update any related instructions to encourage the use of the new MCP class query tools for detailed exploration once they are available.
