Update the "Why Choose Neo.mjs?" introduction in README.md to use more empathetic and validating language.

Current: "Stop building F1 cars with Toyota parts." New: "You're building F1 apps with Toyota parts."

Goal: Shift the tone from a command to an insight, validating the developer's struggle with general-purpose tools for high-performance needs.
