This ticket tracks the drafting of the TreeGrid & Data Pipeline Architecture section for the v12.1 release notes.

Scope:

Neo.data.TreeStore and TreeModel implementation.
"Turbo Mode" and Async Subtree Loading for hierarchical data.
The new Data Pipeline architecture (Connection -> Parser -> Normalizer).
The TreeGrid Big Data Demo (organic data generation algorithm).
