Establish a dedicated Github Discussion thread where the background local LLM (e.g., Gemma 4) can propose new architectural connections based on Graph DB "Structural Holes", allowing the human developer to promote good ideas to top-level Epics without polluting the primary codebase metrics with AI noise.
