We have fully stabilized the Subconscious Layer of the Agent OS. This task formally tracks the structural refactoring done in
DreamService.mjsto properly map[TEST_GAP],[DOC_GAP], and[GUIDE_GAP]matrix priorities directly into the Golden Path handoff.It accomplishes the initial analysis proposed in
discussion-9739and permanently stabilizes the REM pipeline against flat noise arrays.
