Current local workspace state needs to be published to the remote repository so GitHub matches the VTT shell fixes, docs updates, and the latest tracked source/content changes.

Scope:

publish the current repo snapshot
overwrite the existing remote state with the current local history/content as requested
keep the work focused on synchronization rather than new product behavior
