Scope

The calibration loop — the load-bearing, non-self-policed signal. Log operator / human-merge-gate overturns typed by miss-dimension. (The snapshot makes vacuity visible; this loop makes skipping it costly.)

Acceptance Criteria

Operator-overturns logged by miss-dimension — premise · solution-shape · verified-correct-but-wrong-layer · SSOT-dup · file-placement · runtime-load · test-isolation · portability · rhetorical-drift (extensible: add a dimension when remediation differs) — not just reviewer-id (else it Goodharts into defensive over-requesting).
Stable event key: reviewer-id + miss-dimension + PR-id + overturn-timestamp.
Lightweight home FIRST (A2A / comment or graph-node); dedicated substrate only on proven recurrence.
(measurable target / Epic exit) the typed-calibration rate drops below the ≈5-baseline over the trailing-20-merged-PR window (count-based; figures recalibratable by the operator) — else revalidationTrigger re-opens Epic #12442.

Calibration is the only non-self-policed leg — an external signal the reviewer cannot self-grade. Typed dimensions reveal whether B-prime works or merely moves failures between dimensions.
