This leaf executes the split's card-side consequence: the fleet-card contract (what a card renders, from which fields, under which render rules) gets one consolidated home in this epic's orbit.
The Problem
Card-definition fragments live in three places: the SSOT artifact's §01 card anatomy (visual), #13448's earlier keeper-view definition work (pre-split), and ADR 0032 §2.3's render rules (schema/render/feedback constraints, PR #14583). The AgentCard implementation leaf (#14598) needs ONE citable contract — without consolidation, each fragment drifts independently and the anti-lock-in fixtures lose their single source.

The Fix
One PR: the card-contract document + a conformance checklist the #14598 spec suite consumes (each contract row → one fixture). Deltas from the SSOT artifact = recorded design decisions per the epic rule.
