The Problem
The cockpit's lane-goal has a PoC falsifier (the operator starts an agent from the UI) but no PUBLIC artifact: nothing a stranger can watch. The demo-to-metric guardrail requires each flagship demo to ship with measurable reach categories — a demo leaf that never files never measures.
The Architectural Reality
- Rides the lane-3 demo pattern (deterministic NL-driven tour = the test, the demo, AND the recording script — one source of truth; #14589's contract, cockpit-half).
- Tour beats over the REAL module (post-#14632 mount): open the cockpit → fleet grid live (real roster) → burst on the activity stream → drill a resident → pop-out to an OS window (state ticking through) → morning-start cascade → "…and this team built the app you're watching."
- Public-safe by construction (no client names; the roster is the public identity set); reach categories per the #14442 discipline attach at publication.
- Depends on the T2–T5 surfaces existing — this leaf FILES now (rule 2) and sequences late (the capstone demo).
