FM cockpit release video: the docks-and-design showcase
Context
"Qt docks + video" is the standing FM roadmap goal, and the v13.2 FM story is docks + design + the film that shows them. Every mechanical ingredient exists (the NL tour-runner harness #14640, the choreography showcase #14589, the walkthrough demo #14646, the video-create skill with its evidence-first workflow) — but no ticket owns the RELEASE video, which is exactly how the importance evaporates (operator, 2026-08-16: "otherwise we forget").
The Problem
The cockpit's strongest adoption argument is visual — QT-parity docking (tear-out, perspectives, auto-hide, grouped drag) is the migration cornerstone external evaluators care about — and it currently exists nowhere in showable, linkable form. Filming before the design pass would immortalize the current gaps (invisible splitters, unthemed dock chrome); filming after it converts the love work into the artifact that carries it outward.
The Fix
Produce the v13.2 FM release film via the video-create skill's evidence-first pipeline: an NL-driven choreography (tour-runner scripted, deterministic) walking define → start → observe → drill → tear-out → perspective morph → the honest-degraded story (kill the plane live, watch the cockpit tell the truth), captured after the design foundation lands. Narrated, versioned, published per the skill's artifact-lineage rules.
