Problem scope

The Native Edge Graph auto-extracted 20,526 hierarchical concepts (code, prose, sessions) with exactly one consumer class: gap detection. Retrieval, boot handoff, belief revision, measurement, and ranking all run WITHOUT the concept spine — while the Computed Golden Path's route chain measurably excludes items through four traced layers (type gate · label/actionability gate at 42.2% of open items — intentional routing, previously invisible as strategy · blocker gate · render-ordering artifact) plus a structural cold-start that penalizes new items by construction.

The route is no longer folklore: it is measured and reproducible — the same-run route-attribution ledger (#14454, the epic's first executed leaf, merged to dev @ 1666a3de4 via PR #14458) with the first dataset in-repo at learn/agentos/measurements/golden-path-route-attribution-2026-07-02.md, and production emissions accumulating per handoff. The acceptance fork resolved non-zero structural (3.50 with in-pass component attribution); the dead-write hypothesis is NOT confirmed; cold-start + frontier churn remain the live discriminands.

The intent trail exists in docs (learn/agentos/ConceptOntology.md, learn/benefits/AgentMemory.md, learn/agentos/DreamPipeline.md); the substrate is half-built (TAGGED_CONCEPT written at 1.0 curated / 0.8 auto, consumed by nothing); Discussion #14422 was the first convergence artifact.

Why an Epic: five candidate consumer classes over one shared spine, each a separately-deliverable leaf, all bound by one four-axis edge contract and one measurement floor — multi-sub coordination by construction, not a single ticket's scope.

Avoided traps / rejected shapes (divergence preserved from #14422)

• Metadata-only anchoring (Matrix-1 B) rejected: consumers 1/3/4 require concept→sibling→memory traversal; metadata cannot walk.
• Resurrection framing rejected: GP v2 is reach + read-ordering — let ranking reach the structural weight that exists and fix the render-time read-before-write; nothing is "resurrected."
• #13444 ownership of the boot handoff rejected (operational cadence vs v14 timeline; consumer-not-owner under the render≠memory doctrine) — with the shared-slice clause as the compensating, mechanically checkable contract.
• Axis-flattening rejected as a standing gate: any body/leaf text collapsing the four axes into a composite score re-opens OQ6 and voids the version-bound GPT-family approval.
